Where are you located?
Our storage facility is at 21 Lorien Place, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013

What are your opening hours?
We are open 6 days a week
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
8am - 12pm Saturday

However we are very flexible and work outside of these hours. Contact us if you need our services outside of these times.

How big is a cube?
Cubes come in 3 different sizes (H x W x L)
A half Cube, which is 5 cubic meters (1.2 x 2.4 x 1.8m)
A 10 cubic meter Cube (2.4 x 2.4 x 1.8m)
A 15 cubic meter Cube (2.4 x 1.8 x 3.4m)

How is cube storage more convienient than your typical self-storage facility?
Because we take out the double handling. The storage Cube comes to you, it gets loaded with everything you want to store and then we take it away. And when you want your stuf back, it turns up at your door again. Simple! No need to make multiple trips back and forth from a self-storage facility, this lets you get on with the more important things.

What if i need something out of my cube?
Just give us a call a will will oragnise your Cube to be out and waiting for you or we can bring it to your home if thats easier. All we ask is you give us 24 hours notice and book in a time.

What are the cubes made of?
All Cube storage Cubes are constructed from enviromentally friendly, breathable plywood. The wooden construction ensures moisture and excess heat will not become trapped inside causing damage to your belongings.

How do i know how many containers i will need?
There are a few ways to do this, either use our space calculator a get an estamate of the space you will require or Give us a call or email us what you have and we can tell you exactly how many you need. The best part about Cube Storage is the lack of guess work you need. We will bring a full truck load of containers out for you and you only get charged for the Cubes you use. Easy!

Can i access my Cube while its in storage?
Yes, You can access your Cube 6 Days a week, Monday to Saturday. From 8.00am to 5.00pm. Just give us a call 24 hours in advance and we can have your Cube out for you to access.

What can i put into a Cube?
Our Cubes can hold any houshold item's you may have, from a fridge or couch, even a piano. Virtually anything can go in, check our prohibited items list for what not to load. Each Cube can hold a maximum 1500kg of furniture

How soon can I have a Cube delivered?
Ring the free call number 0800 282 348 and book a time, generally we can deliver the Cubes the day you need them.

Do i need my own lock for the Cube?
Thats up to you. You can either provide a lock or purchase one from us, just hang on to the keys untill you need to access your Cube. This ensures you are the only one who can access the Cube and adds a second level of protection.

How do i secure my furniture inside the Cube?
Each Cube is fitted with internal tye bars and comes with rope tyes and blankets, all for free! This ensure everything remains safe and secure.
